Before Shipment
If your order or any item(s) in it has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team at care@devakrti.com or calling us at +91 98400 00000 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; closed on Sundays).
Please ensure you reach out within 24 hours of placing the order, as we usually dispatch orders the next working day if placed before 4:00 PM, or the following day if placed later.
After Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
If you do not wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the product is returned to our warehouse in Velachery, Chennai, and passes a quality inspection, we will initiate a refund or replacement, as applicable.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned package.
