Delivery Timelines

Depending on your location, the delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier partner constraints, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Dispatch Timelines

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Velachery, Chennai.

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

• Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM), excluding public holidays.

You will receive an email and SMS notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your order reaches safely and securely.

 

Same-Day & Express Delivery

We currently do not offer express delivery through our website.
However, same-day delivery within Chennai can be arranged on request.

Applicable charges will depend on the shipping address and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details from our courier partner.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided.
In case the delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, a re-attempt will be made.
Please ensure accurate address and contact details are shared to avoid any delays.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping from our website.
