Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Devakrti, every product is created or curated with care — many of them handmade, natural, and spiritually inspired. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
This policy applies to all purchases made on www.devakrti.com, including products sold directly by Devakrti as well as by our verified vendor partners under Sasvata Ventures Private Limited.
1. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange
You may request a return, refund, or exchange under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

The product is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 5).
If your order qualifies, please reach out to us at care@devakrti.com with the following details:

Order number

Item name and description
-
Reason for return or exchange

Clear photos or videos showing the issue (in case of defect, damage, or wrong item)
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from our team.
2. Return & Exchange Process
Once we receive your request:

Our team will review your email and respond within 2–3 working days.

If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (where available) or share the return address and instructions.

All products must be packed securely in their original packaging with invoice and order details included.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item at our warehouse, we will:

Approve a replacement if the item qualifies for exchange, or
-
Process a refund as per the mode of payment used.
3. Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the returned item fails quality inspection (e.g., used, damaged, or missing tags), it will be sent back to you at your cost.
4. Vendor Partner Products
Some products on Devakrti are fulfilled directly by independent artisans or brand partners.

In such cases, their specific return and exchange terms may apply.

Any variations will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

Our team will coordinate with the vendor to resolve your request fairly and promptly.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Products marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”

Customised, made-to-order, or personalised products
-
Perishable, consumable, or hygiene-based items (e.g., panchamrit, herbs etc)

Gift boxes or bundled kits once opened

Products purchased during sale events, promotions, or with discount codes

Gift cards or store credits
6. Damaged Packages
If your order package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

Please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately at care@devakrti.com.

Record an unboxing video (mandatory for claims) and share it with our team within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for:

Wrong or defective items, or
-
Eligible size-specific items (where variants are available).
A new product will be dispatched once the returned item has passed inspection. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.
8. Processing Time

Return/Exchange approval: 2–3 working days

Reverse pickup & quality check: 7–10 working days

Refund/store credit issuance: within 10–15 working days after inspection
